When someone gives you a referral, send a thank-you note, or simply give them a call to thank them. By doing this, you reward an activity you want repeated. This will increase the chances of more referrals.

Before offering the benefits of your products or your business, find out if your potential prospect has problems that your products or business opportunity will solve. That way you’ll only give presentations to people who are interested and qualified.

Pre qualify prospects, not everyone wants or needs your products, at least in their perception, their reality. This will make for easier sales, happy customers, and lower stress levels for everyone.

When you are speaking with a prospect or customer you should first tell them what they will learn from you.  Second teach them what you said you would.   Finally, recap/review what you told them.

Sounds like you are a teacher or coach doesn’t it.  In fact you are, a simple process for not only you, but for people to use themselves.   A good coach will get people to take action, because they realize they can, because of your example.
